Founded in 1906, Clark Construction Group, LLC is a privately held national firm with a portfolio of aviation work totaling $3.5 billion at 15 major airports across the United States. Having constructed more than $28 billion of construction manager at-risk projects, Clark is an expert with at-risk construction delivery with the proven processes to align the design and constructability of the Terminal B renovation and expansion.

United Airlines is the client for the Terminal B project. The major airline is headquartered in Chicago, IL. United has the most comprehensive route network among North American carriers, with approximately 70,000 employees who reside in every U.S. state and countries around the world. United serves 332 destinations and 252 domestic destinations. The completed United terminal will provide various new assets inside and outside George Bush Intercontinental Airport.

Page Southerland Page, Inc. and Grimshaw Architects (Page/Grimshaw) are teamed and is the
Architect in a direct contract with United Airlines for the project. Page/Grimshaw will work collaboratively with Clark and the PMO, providing a design for the
IAH Terminal B Central Processor Project.
